If you are hired to be a teacher and found that the cultural change is significant and somewhat overwhelming, what would you do to get the support you need to be successful?

What level (grade) of teaching is it to which you are referring, please? Also, are you asking the question because it is something you have to answer for homework or are you personally having an issue with this? Thanks!
