We just bought the RTH230B and cannot figure out the wiring. Our existing unit has 6 wires - Red, Green, Yellow, White, Orange and Blue. Please HELP me in wiring them to the 5 wire system of this thermostat.

The orange wire suggests you have a heat pump. How a heat pump changes modes is different from a conventional system. You must pick through the directions to find out how to make that thermostat work with a heat pump. You might find more help here if you do a search on it. It is a popular thermostat. More people have come here looking for help than got good answers. Sorry.
