Hello my husband was requested by his son to Inmigration to get the resident visa unfortunately they ask him to send the letter because last year he dismiss the appointment because his son change the address and they did not received the notification so he lost the opportunity now they required my husband to redact a convince letter and we do not know how to do so, in so they can reinstall his case again
