I am a Portuguese citizen living in London, UK, and need to renew my Portuguese passport quickly, to travel to Turkey in one months time. Can anyone please advise me if this is possible, within this time limit?

My old passport expired about 10 years ago, but I do have a current Portuguese ID Card, which I use to travel around Europe.

My Mom is currently residing in India and is a Portuguese Passport Holder. We now need to renew her passport after 20 years

COULD ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE!! Home office is holding my portugal passport over 2 years, now my passport is expired already but I still got the ID card with me. Could I still able to renew my passport(without my old passport).

The Portuguese Consulate in London is far more useful and deals with passport issues.
