I have a friend who has asthma, who does not expect to necessarily get completely off medicine. She doesn't have much money but is interested in finding out what are some options.
In your opinion, what may be some options? I heard apple cider vinegar might be good.
Any tips would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

There are many asthmatics who find the Butejko method helpful. It is based on a breathing technique, developed by a doctor, and are praised by many.
One other thing I read, some asthmatics get an attack when they are dehydrated. Depending where your friend lives, she might take care that in hot weather and/or during/after exercise replenish the lost water. It is a sensible move to anyone, more so to asthmatics.
Wish you and your friend, all the best, too.
