I rescued a kitten found outside the store that I work at . I've only had the kitten for about 24 hours, but it has not had any sort of bowel movements that I am aware of. I bought kmr and fed it that, twice now, and its stomach is noticeably larger than when I first got it 24 hours ago so I know it needs to go! I've tried rubbing a damp cloth on it, etc and I just can't get any reaction. I researched its age and it appears to be about 3 1/2 weeks old. There's available litter all the time but it has not used that, either. Am I over reacting, or do I have a problem? Such an adorable kitten, I would hate to lose it! Please help me out :)

From this article it suggest that the kitten should be going on its on. Read the info provided it has good tips on feeding, etc... good luck
