I had a progesterone level test done on the 22nd day of my cycle. For the first time, it was a 12 without meds... Could this mean that I am pregnant?

It could mean your are pregnant -- With progesterone levels anywhere from 8-10 in a non-pregnant woman is normal, however, some woman it can be up to 20 since everyone is different. In pregnant woman, the normal ranges are usually over 12, 16 being more desirable. Even if you think you are pregnant always go get checked out by your doctor so they can confirm it for you and get you started on the right vitamins and information. Hope this helps...
