Greetings all.

I was just browsing through the "Marriage" forum and noticed that "Porn" a hot topic again. That being together seems to work well until people get married.

Nonsense- One, I do not see the value of pron. Never have understood why men would chase celluloid images and forget about their wives? Yes, I've seen "Porn" but so what!

Can we get some response from folk's who like being married? Marriage is not an easy road to walk. It is always open to attack from all sides. So why get married, How about, because I love my wife, I enjoy her company. She has everything I want in a Woman and more. Why guess what, she's got a great sense of right and wrong, she's principled, a little too much temper some days.

I also like being married and have liked it for 42 years. There, I've said it again, I enjoy being married. Venting over!

I love being married and married for love, that's what keeps us together.

Does he annoy me at times, you betcha and I'm sure I annoy him too, we're human and as such we have flaws, but perfect is boring. ;)

We've been married for 13 years come May 27 and we have two wonderful children. We've built a life together, there have been hard times but we stuck together and are stronger because of it, that's marriage, and it's a great thing.

I too have noticed the posts about porn and the fact that people are getting married only to discover that they aren't happy. Happiness is not a god given right, it's something you have to work for and it's not always possible. Life happens, and you either work together to make it better or let it tear you apart. I choose to work at it and thank goodness hubby feels the same way.

I also love being married. My husband and I have been married for almost three years, and I would not want it any other way. We have had our share of problems, but we always work them out. However, I would be lying if I said that you don't have to work at a marriage, but to me... it is so worth the work. We drive each other nuts sometimes... but the times we don't... its great!

Maybe if there were more guys in this world like you we women would be better off.
Guys with messed up baggage are a dime a dozen and I never could figure out why so many prefer the porn over the girlfriend or wife. I haven't found a decent guy in 33 years. All the decent ones are married.
