I was employed in GA for most of 2007 but maintained my FL residency. My husband is/was employed in FL. I tried to file my GA state taxes using a tax return program but am unable to do so and uninclude my husbands earnings. I also filed GA taxes in 2006 and paid GA taxes on both mine and my husbands earnings. Any advice would greatly be appreciated- How do I file this return and what forms do I use?

If you were in GA for all of 2007, you are resident of GA. If you lived in GA for less than a year, you are part year resident. If you never lived in GA (but worked in GA), then you are nonresident of GA. So based on your situation, select the Form.

If you had income while present in GA, then you must report this income on GA tax return. Your husband had no GA income.
