My wife and I had separated and filed dvi's against each other.she called me wanting me to be with her and she wanted to work things out plus she is pregnant.well we went to court about the temerary restraing order she had on me couse mine got declined and she got hers well we got in court and I told the judge I didn't want to pursue mine my wife said she wanted to continue hers I raised my hand and told the judge she didn't need it we had been seeing each other for three weeks.he dissmissed both of ours for lack of evidence and because hers was in reference to when I was arrested in last year.can I be violated on probation if it was dismissed and there was no charges and it was civil not criminal.and that it was throughed out after I told him we had been together.at that time I told the judge I was sorry for being contemp of court he said I wasn't I just admitted to my guilt and didn't charge me with violating a restaining order.legaly can they do anything if it was dissmissed and there were no charges

Let me see you confessed to breaking a law in open court.
Yes the judge could have had ou held right then, could report you to the PO or turn it over to the police.

No you do not have to be charged with a crime or arrested to be violated, the PO merely has to know you did something illegal or even if not illegal against your PO. For example to some people on PO they can not enter a bar, if they do they can be violated. Not criminal even.
