Hi my question is I have a friend and he worked at the women's worh release center and a young lady stated that he touched her in the wrong way. The department of corrections investagated and he was not fired he resigneand was put in for rehire. It was turned over to the state police a couple of months ago they question but nothing never has came about . Is there a limatation on this ?

No one answers a question that is "piggyback" on another one

First he should not have re-signed, but at worst asked for a transfer. These type of reports are almost normal and happen all the time. It happens so often one can not tell the real from the fake reports.

Depends on the state but most likely 2 to 3 years for the statue of limitations
