Hi. I have been having heaviness in the head with dizziness. Even when I am sleeping I feel the dizziness. Can any one help. Its been going on for sometime.:confused:

See a doctor ASAP and tell him everything you feel! You might be anaemic as I felt the same thing for years before finding out. However, it could also be a sign of an infection. As I said, see your doctor sooner rather than later.
