I am not a Patsy

I am a fifteen year old freshman in high school. I am 5'6 and 165 pounds.
I have tried, tried, and tried to change my body but I just simply do not know how to do so.
I have a dream of being a valuable player on my high school's Volleyball team.
With all this weight I am not sure if I am physically capable of it.
Please send me any advise, stories, articles or even quotes that may help me.

God Bless & much love.

I'm also 15 and am an extremely good tennis player. I have faced the same problem, and it doesn't help that my best friends goal is to never break 100. I wandered the same thing & what I did is I ate a lot of fruit because it helps you digest more. I also ate slower so I can let my body tell me when I can stop eating, which is not at the point of fullness, but just not being hungry. I also ran quite a bit, and would take people that are good runners, so I wouldn't stop. It is working amazingly. Good luck!

You are only 15... which means your body will go through many more transitions as you get older. As for now, try to eat healthy, add a little bit of exercise daily, and you should be fine.
