My daughter has a plaster cast on temporarely & when she gets up & uses her crutches to walk short distances (bathroom, kitchen, etc.) her toes turn blue. When she sits back down they return to their normal color. Is this normal or should I take her back to the hospital to get checked out?

Blue toes is not good.

Indicates that the circulation there is bad.
