I have a three system connected with Hub. On the different building two systems are connected with switch. I want communication in both network. I connect switch & hub by cross cable. It showing the connectivity. But Systems are not communicating. In Switch Network, Hub Network pc's are showing in My network places but in Hub network It's not showing the switch netwok pc's. Both network system's are not pinging to each other. Please give me the solution for that. All system in 192.168.1.1, 255.255.255.0 network

Is your switch set up with all ports on the same VLAN?

Is the switch a Gigabit switch? Is the cross-over cable at least one meter in length and made with CAT6 cable?

Is the cross-over cable connected to either the first or last port on the hub? Try both as this is different for each manufacturer.

What is the speed of your hub? It is possible that your hub is not fully compliant for speed auto-sensing. You may have to configure the port in the switch to match the speed and duplex setting of the hub.
