I took the day after pill after having unprotected sex and got my period 3 weeks later and it only lasted 3 days, now I feel drained of energy and have been having some light headedness and I've been really emotional. I think it's because I'm stressed out but my boyfriend thinks otherwise. I can't be pregnant right?

How long after sex did you take the "day after pill" you do know that they are not 100 percent effective by any means, I forget the actual percent effective but I think it was in that 80 percent or so. ( sorry if I am off, trying to work from memory)
So since you had unprotected sex, of course there is a chance you can be.
Also remember even using protection, there is always still a chance, just a smaller one. We have some experts here that had children while on the pill and using condoms, So while the odds are more no one method is 100 percent.

Well sure you can but that doesn't mean you are.
The "morning after pill" has effectiveness of about 95% from what I remember when taken within 24 hours, which is really similar to taking birth control pills with common use. Its really the same hormones, just higher doses.
So... sex can equal pregnancy, even with preventative measures, period.
Now... stress alone from the event can throw off your cycle, and really... no doctor will ever diagnose you from symptoms like these right now. People misdiagnose themselves all the time.
So... the only answer you can trust isn't over the internet. It is between you and a pregnancy test. And then if its negative, you wait longer and try again if your cycle doesn't return. There's no way at all we can tell you that you are or that you aren't.

Get a pregnancy test. If that doesn't ease your mind see a doctor. If insurance or age is a concern contact a pregnancy center, family planning or some other social service agency.

Didn't catch how far out that period was... light bleeding can be from implantation though this is less common than sometimes presented. Also it can be from miscarriage. Also it can be just a light period.
Honestly, it could be absolutely nothing more than a light period.
But I've come to believe there's rarely a "never" situation when it comes to a woman's body and pregnancy.
When in doubt, take a test. The fact you seemed to have your cycle seems to point to your not being pregnant... but again, was it really a period? I can't answer that.
Read this sticky, concerning the part about implantation bleeding... in the end, you'll be where I said. Unsure and needing to take a test.

Jesi...
I know you are concerned... you have asked the "am i pregnant" question through past posts...
The answer is not going to change.
You need to take tests. You need to wait it out. Done.
Outside of getting regular cycles, you cannot ever get an answer to "am i pregnant" here. The answer will always be "maybe. take a test"...

If you read the Plan B packet, it says how it can screw up your cycles for a couple of months. Remember, the plan b pill is like taking a whole months worth of birth control in two tiny little pills. Expect your cycles to be off for awhile. They will be heavy, light, longer shorter, etc... Expect it all.
