My shower only let out cold water even when I put the temperature up, can some one help me

We need the brand name of the faucet. A modelnumber would be nice also. What I think has happened is that you have trash and minerals from the water heater has worked its way into the inlet ports of your cartridge where it's now blocking them. Answer me and I'll answer you. Cheers, Tom

The only thing I can advise you to do at this point is to check the breaker at your electric panel (45 amp double pole) and see if the breaker has tripped. If it has, should just need to reset the breaker.

Then, if happens again, I would get a licensed electrician in to see why breaker is tripping.

If cannot find a tripped breaker then I would call in a professional. Seems you have an ELECTRIC SHOWER UNIT there.. so I cannot recommend that you try to do repairs yourself. This unit worked on improperly can kill someone!!

I agree, the hot inlet is plugged or you water heater is off line. Is it gas or electric, Mark is thinking electric?
