I couldn't really tell, since there is much misspelling and "run on" words.
Anyway, I remember when I was young, and my parents wouldn't let me start dating until a certain age, or when they though I was ready.
Your parents know what is best, and you should respect them for that, and do as they wish.
I do remember that at 18, I thought both my parents were the most stupid people on Earth, but I still respected them.
At about 23, I have learned that they were the best and most intelligent people I had ever known in my life so far.
I am now 64, and suggest you follow your parents' wishes.

Why won't they let you date? Maybe they have a good reason for it, try having a chat with them about it, I don't know if you already have?
Why don't you just meet up with her as friends for a while, somewhere halfway between your homes, and if you really think there's good chemistry there, try telling your parents there's a girl you really like, and you feel you're mature enough to begin dating, and reassure them you won't do anything silly. Take her home to meet them, make them like her just as much as you do :)
It all depends on your parents really, just try and make them understand your point of view!xox
