I have Doughboy 16X32 oval pool with a expanded or deep end that I need to replace the liner on. Any suggestions

Get a six pack and several friends to start with. After removing the old liner you should reach inside with a long handled broom and sweap the sand base so it is back to being smooth. Drape your liner over the walls and just let the center bottom of the liner touch the sand. Having friends all around the edge of the pool will help to get the liner centered. You want to same excess liner coming up over the wall, not clip or clamp the liner with spring loaded clips. Start adding water and as the water deepen it will start to pull more liner into the pool, occasionally unclip the edge and let more liner in. This will keep the liner from creasing since I=s stretched a bit like a drum. Fill to the desired height and remove the clips.
