I recently got a judgement of close to $8,000.00 from small claims and the person I sued has not paid me. I know where his business is his lawyer, and what bank he deals with but, I don't know the name he's using in the bank on paying his workers. What can I do? This is all in the state of brooklyn New York.

You misunderstood something - the NYS Small Claims Court limit is $5,000 (except in a few special cases where it's $3,000).

Also, Brooklyn is not a State.

I think you need to post more info to get help here.

Plus did you win it from them as a individual ( person) or from his company or from his corporation ( if they are)

If you won it from him as a person, if his business is incorporated, you can not get the money from the business or the business checking account.
This is the problem with winning a judgement, most are never collected even after they are won.
Best bet, turn it over to professional collection who know how to find the money, garnish it and so on.
