Ok, sooo I'm going on vaca this summer and I really want to lose 50 pounds but I know that I can't lose it all by this summer but I want to lose some of it before I go.. but all in all I want to lose 50 pounds... what can I eat lol I'm really clueless when it comes to this stuff... I know to workout and do all of that stuff.. but what do I eat for my for my 3 meals a day.. what food is good.. and what food should I stay away from anyone that answers thankyou:)

Well. You're absolutely right in that 50 lbs by this summer (I'm going to assume June) is... an overshot.
A better goal for you is to lose about 12 - 15 lbs in 6 weeks.
First off, you have to cut sugars. Cut sodas, juices, candy, chips, etc. Replace these with fruits, nuts, yogurt, vegetables.
Next, you have to start an exercise plan, and you have to stick to it.
Next, watch what you eat. Just because you eat a salad for lunch doesn't mean you've eaten healthy. Did you have a coke with it? Did you have more than a tbsp of dressing on it? Did you have an extra large one? Then... you might as well have eaten a turkey sandwich.
If you wish, PM me on what you eat on a normal day... tell me your age/gender/weight/height. From there, we can work out a diet plan that you can stick to, as well as a workout plan that you can slowly get into.
12 - 15 lbs isn't impossible, but it also isn't easy.
