My 89 Honda has been on it's last leg for a long time, but I keep fixing it piece by piece. Can't afford a new car. In the last 8 months I've had to put on a main relay switch, new fuel pump, rebuilt alternator and new battery. Now It won't start again and my mechanic friend thinks it could be the fuel pump fuse. I no longer have my book on the car and don't know which number it is. Also, this car has 2 fuel filters, one in the tank, which was replaced and one in the engine which wasn't. It wants to start but acts like it is getting no fuel. At first it would eventually start and when it did kick in would just roar, but now it won't even do that. Also during this time when it was working, the battery light kept flashing on - but it's not the battery or alternator because he checked that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Performing tests, in Sections A and B below, should help get your Accord running again:

Here's how to test all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter:

Be sure to perform the K-Test on the ECM if the Check Engine Light stays on, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II).
