In a recently purchsed home we have 3 outside antisiphon facets that do not seem to be producing water. They were working fine in the fall but now that it is spring none of them work. Suggestions Please? Thank You.

Are you getting any water at all from any of the spigots? It is unlikely all 3 would fail at once. 100% sure that there is not shut off inside the basement that could account for this?

Excuse me Pamella but how can you give me an inaccurate rating when I am asking you a question? I gave absolutely no answer, accurate or inaccurate, and got a red mark for my efforts to help you with your issue, what gives.

OK one spigot is working now, is it working like it did last fall? Most outside spigots can be disassembled and reapired. Is there a ring or plate below the handle that has flat sides on it like a nut? Still just asking questions until we get to the source of the problem, then we'll get into the answers.

I am a bit surprised none of the regulars in plumbing have not joined in yet.
