How do I cahnge my child's middle and last name

To legally change a name, you have to go to court and have a court grant the change.

I am going to family court on Monday the 21st to begin the name change. Thanks, Erika:)

Have you discussed this with an attorney? Is the bio father willing to allow it (or not around to fight it)?
