How good intel graphics accelrator x3100 compare with Nvedia over cad packages

This is like comparing Apples and Oranges, yes they are both fruit but very different.
It really depends on what use you had in mind.
The Intel is fine for everyday surfing, e-mail etc, but awful with games where as a dedicated card, nvidia or ATI is excellent for gaming.

CAD packages often require graphics adapters with drivers certified for use with the particular CAD package for optimum performance. If you're talking about Nvidia Quadro vs. Intel GMAx3100, a mobile chipset, there is no comparison, the Intel isn't even in the same league.

If you're seeking a blanket yes or no answer to cover all CAD packages, I'd say no. It depends on the CAD package you want to use. Most CAD vendors will have a list of recommended graphics adapters for their products.
If you're interested in a consumer CAD package such as TurboCAD, the Intel GMAx3100 should be acceptable.
