Hello!
Here is my status:

- I have a F-1 visa,
- Have been living in the US from August 06 until today.
- During 2007 lived in MA from January to May and from September to December
- I Worked in NY from June to July. During that time lived in NJ. The remaining time I was studying. In MA
- My total earnings were $23400
- Federal taxes withdraw $4,336

My questions?
- Which forms do I have to complete? (Federal and from which states)
- Do I have any credit for tuition fees?
- Can I complete my taxes with Turbotax?

Thank you so much

On F1 you are nonresident for 5-years. You can only file Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ.
On nonresident form, the tuition and fees deduction is not available.
TurboTax will not do nonresident tax return. It cannot be efiled.

On your nonresident return you will get personal exemption of $3,400 and deduction as per tax treaty.
