I really need to know exactly what to do in order to turn on the energy save. There are times when the fridge chips out what is happening then. Model no. is25365802508

There should be a switch somewhere on the inside of the fridge that says "energy saver" on it. You'll have to look for this and if you don't find it, your fridge has no energy saver feature. Don't understand what you mean by "chips out"? What is the fridge doing?
