I have a problem with my kaspersky internet security

I can't open the internet when the protection is working

But I can open the internet by stoping the protection

So I want to enable the protection and open the internet in the same time...

Is here enybody help me,please

Dear Mina,

If that is since it was installed, you have set up the firewall incorrectly.
If it worked fine first, you most probably have recently changed or added to the firewall settings.
If you can't find what you did wrong : de-install the software completely including the settings.
Than reinstall it again, and set it up again. That should do the trick!
