What are we meant to be solving about it? It looks like a perfectly acceptable statement.

Since they are not like terms the expression you have given us is simplified as far as it can go.

Do you want to factor?

x^{3}-21x^{2}+54x

x(x^{2}-21x+54)

Now, factor the quadratic inside the parentheses and you're finished.

What two numbers multiplied equal 54 and when added equal -21?

Try -18 and -3

"Solve this for me ASAP!!"??

First, we're not here to solve things for you. We're here to help you understand them, guide you, explain. Not solve for you. See our guidelines for posting homework problems:

Second, I for one would respond better if you asked politely instead of sounding demanding that we solve it now!

It probably makes no difference anyway, morgaine. I doubt if we hear from the poster again one way or the other. I regret posting anything. People like this are ingrates. You help them and they don't even respond back with a thanks or anything to even know they looked at it.

Is 1 plus 1 the equivalent to 2

Yes, but it makes me feel better. :-)
