Hi
Today I got bio metric appointment. Actually my mailing address is in PA but I moved here (due to job) in MI. So when I filed I-751 I filled Mailing Address of PA and other 2 address mine and my spouse's is MI. So I am getting all the letters one I got for 1 year extension that came to PA address and also this bio metric appointment letter and place to give finger prints is also in PA. I have provided AR 11 as well (that I filled when I moved here itself in MI might be before 1 and half years ago)

Can I change that address for finger prints to here in MI somewhere by calling them or I cannot do that?

Please advise me in this matter.

In short I need new appointment date with new location (in different state), is that possible or better to go PA and give biometric?

Thanks in advance..

JS.

I find it best to report change of address by phone and mail in AR-11 at the same time.
You should report change of address again, and do it both ways.

Regarding the biometrics/interview, you should call USCIS and notify them.
In cases like this, they usually send you new notice for biometrics in your area.

If the customer service is not helpful, send a letter to USCIS and request for new arrangement, asap.

Thanks a lot. It will help me a lot. I am going to send then reschedule letter. But will they send me new appointment with new place as well. Any case you heard like that ? And also next appointment how many days it will take? I am still scared that it may stop my case processing and delay that..

Any idea?

It happens all the time when people moved. In case customer service can make arrangement for you on the phone, it will not take long, approx 7-10 days.

I have sent letter and appointment letter back to reschedule my appointment with new date and place. And usps is showing me that it is delivered. Now just a question that is there any way so know that they send me new appointment letter by calling or checking online status etc.. or just wait and watch until new appointment letter arrives.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks

Just curious about what happened after you requested for a new appointment at a new location. I am in a similar situation and need to ask for a different location. Would be great if you can tell me how you did it and what response you got?

His last reply was about 3 1/2 years ago. If you have a question, post it as a new question, there are lots of people here with experience. :)
