I am an non-resident allien for tax purposes. Can I file together with 1040NR
Also forms 2106-Employee Business Expenses and 3903-Moving expenses?
Or are these form just for 1040 US citizens?

BOTH Form 2106 and Form 3903 can be used with Form 1040NR.
