Has anyone had an experience with this company or any information that would be helpful to me? I would like to know more then what the website shows.

Do not what so ever give them your account number it's a scam I'm going through it myself they steal from you and not send you anything in return.

Unfortunately I have already probably gotten to the point that you have with them. FRUSTRATED! I have paid them over a thousand dollars... and still nothing. I am know considering getting the Attorney Generals Office involved as well as the Better Business Bureau. Please keep in touch with me about your progress, we may be able to help one another. The best advice I can give you for cec solutions is don't go with them, they won't raise your credit for one and for two, you will never see your computer. Here is what will happen, if you sign up you will pay a $99.00 down payment then you will pay 5 weeks consecutive $29.99 payents, after five weeks of paying that, your supposed to receive your computer, five weeks will go by and you won't see it, you'll call trying to find out why and they will tell you to send this paperwork back, you won't know what they are talking about because you never received this paperwork. They will send you some paperwork, you will fill it out weeks will go by with still no reply they will keep requesting additional information from you. I ordered by computer in may, never seen it, I'm out $730.00 and fighting for what is rightfully mine, my money!! Don't go with them, don't consider it, if you go Google cec solutions all you will read are complaint forms and complaint forms

Unfortunately I have already gone with them a long time ago and I am as well in the same boat as you are, fighting for my money. However I am out much much more, like 1000$. Keep me posted as to how you are make out.

I'm sorry, I have already contacted the bbb on this matter, they have been in contactt with me, I issued a stop payment on the through my bank, if they touch my credit I've learned that I can take legal action, legally they can't touch your credit especially because you don't have a product in hand! If I get any positive feedback from the bbb I'll be sure to let you know!

:mad:same here I just found out by looking them up in Yahoo and running into this I have paid them around 700 and nothing yet so I'm going to stop the withdrawals and go to a consumer business bureau

After finding all this out today ran into a website which is ripoffreport.com there is this really good blog by somebody that gives you the full info including the number of the business bureau agent that works strictly with complaints on cec solutions his name is Theodore Thompson and his phone number is (202) 393-8000 it seems like they have had so many complaints they decided to assing somebody to deal with this particular company!!

I just found that out today! I paid them around 600.00 and I called them to asked them where is my computer the first person I called said because I didn't make the 5 consecutive payments and then I called again some dumb lady said that it was because I had suspended my account for a few months because I couldn't keep making the payments. But anyhow then I told her that some guy told me a different story so which one is it? She then said let me transfer you to our supervisor and the that dummy said the samething the girl said not making any sense. Well I filed a complaint with the BBB so lets see how that goes. Let us know is you here anything from them!

I sincerely, from the bottom of my heart, would like to warn anybody and everybody of cec solutions/guaranteed consumer funding! They are nothing but a rip off and completely a scam! They lie and steal your money and will drain your bank accounts! Do not trust them and do not give them your personal information!
They are the most unprofessional, the scum of all scum company and the supervisor, jasmine, is a total ! Their employees are rude and disrespectful to the fullest. They scream and hang up on you! No customer service whatsoever.
They feed you lies and use just about any excuse to never deliver your computer. Also they have scammed a lot of their costumers in puerto rico since they most likey will never receive their computers due to many unlawful reasons! They have no remorse for their actions. They will exploit any natural disaster, tragic event of any sort for their gain and abuse their customers lack of knowledge about the inner workings of credit improvement.
And the merchandise is a complete joke. They aren't fully honest with the customers as far explaing what comes with the computer or in their case what doesn't. The customer is not aware of any of this and doesn't call to complain until they have actually miraculously received their merchandise and discover that the computer doesn't come with any programs or an operating system, memory or space to do anything.
Also they say they are located in virginia when in reality they are located in southern California.
Finally, you all must be asking yourselves how I know so much... The truth is that I was previously employed by cec solution. Believe me, everyday I had to lie to a lot of innocent people that were just looking for another way to get a computer and better their credit.I began to suffer from anxiety and migraines. The supervisor was on everyone's making sure we were deceiving the customers and told us that we had no reason to apologize to them. I have never had any major regrets in my life until I worked for cec soultions. They are liars, thieves, frauds and deserve to be shut down!
Pass this on to anyone and everyone so that they won't make the mistake of getting involved with this fraudelant company!

I finally received my computer last week... From my opinion they do have some issues they need to work on. But now that I have received my product, I do not believe the things people are saying about them. I had paid 1100 dollars and was given several delivery dates for my item but finally they did come through. And I was upgraded to a far better product than I originally Agreed to. They even upgraded me to a laptop for the Delays. I can't say I will go through the entire process again, But I do know that they have delivered my items to me. So I assume they deliver to other people as well. Maybe only the upset people complain and the people who get their items were just thankful they finally received them. I spoke to a supervisor whom assured me I would get my items and what do you know. I got them.

This is the biggest rippoff artist around... these people are s.. I would never ever recommend doing business with this company... I did and I have never regretted anything more.

I got my merchandise. It was a hassle, but I got my laptop upgraded for the inconveniences. In addition I got the extra software, and Mp3 player as promised. I did have several times when it was back ordered or something else happened. I spoke with a supervisor and within a week got my laptop. She did upgrade the laptop, I am using it this very moment to post this response. It was not only the company's fault I to failed to send my signature page back on time and had some personal things happen. I do feel some of the customer service reps are deceptive and don't like to check with the Audit department and are given a script, but if you are adiment and NOT rude then you will be helped. I don't believe it is a scam just a poorly runned business.
FYI I worked for a scam company that was raided by the FBI, if the person who posted (cecisascam) that she worked with them and the company was out of California then she/he needs to report that to the FBI in California since they handle these types of company. Look at the source the person is disgruntled if they truly are sorry they would report the company to the proper authorities or media. I did when I was 17 years old and working for a mass lottery company in California, it was scarry but the right thing to do.
Just think about if you are treating the employees with disrespect when you call then chances are you will get the same disrespect. File with you Attorney General get names and times of contacts with CEC. Another thing is you can ask them to send the conversations to you in email format by logging onto the website and requesting, this will be used as proof if you take it further to legal action or the attorney general's office.
Bottom line I do not feel they are a scam just poorly operated. I did get my merchandise well before I even paid it off. Last week I made my final payment through Devura and they are sending me the Wii. I

I have experienced the same thing from these liars!! These people are scum who need to be stopped. I cannot believe they are still in business. I have been paying them (they have been taking $120 out of my checking account every month) for one year. That is over $1,440.00. Yes, you read right , over fourteen hundred four hundred forty dollars! I think I must be the biggest sucker yet. I've just kept believing their lies. First I was given a delivery date right before Christmas 2009. Then that came and went. They said the deman was too high and they had to change it to the week of Feb 18. It never came. I was mad, I called, I told them I wanted to talk to a supervisor and that I anted to cancel my order and wanted my money back. They said that I had signed a contract and that I could not have my money back but I could have a store credit. I laughed. A store credit for something I would never get?! What a joke! These people deserve to ROT in jail with everyone of their employees right alongside them. I'm Going to do something until someone listens and everyone of you guys should too. Send your story to every TV station and every newspaper and magazine, the Attorney General, police station, etc. WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING!! THESE BASTARDS HAVE TO PAY!! THIS IS NOT FAIR!

Yes if you stop paying them you will get no refund. You will get you commputer after you pay the entire amount due.I did'nt get my comp. until 3 months after I was done paying. I still have not received my free gifts, the comp. I received is not what they promissed.I saw it at walmart priced at $400, I gave them fools like 2 grand. I never missed a payment or was ever late yet they always gave me the run around, this company should be collectively sued for frued let get it s

I have paid off my account and the computer was finally received after many complaints and misused language on my part. I finally received it after over a year of paying and my account was paid off. I still have not received my free Wii and the customer care line is now a message line. There is no contact number for them anymore. Everything is done by email. They are a scam and never again will I trust another company like this.

I too paid over $1440 dollars to them and the same situtaion happened to me. I still have not received my free Wii that I was promised and the mp3 player they did send me was a piece of cheap crap. The software was too. I was promised my computer in December and still didn't get what I ordered when it finally arrived in February as well. They can kiss my you know what. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the manager of CEC told them that we were not complying with paperwork. Paperwork we never received and what we did receive was turned in.
