Verizon Juke... not sure if they have deals, but its cute, sleek, adorable, red :), and has 2G of internal memory for songs! :D

Verizon has plans starting at around $40 and you can get free phones with activation.

Course, Cingular does as well... :)

Ooo... try craigslist classifieds: jobs, housing, personals, for sale, services, community, events, forums (http://www.craigslist.com) for your area... may find some unlocked phones and be able to get a provider... not sure.

I have AT&T I like them good service price isn't bad. But the best part of having AT&T is you can go sign a two year contract and get the free phone they offer. Then you can buy any UNLOCKED phone you want. I went to them signed a two year contract and got the unlimited data plan and like 400 minutes or something like that. Then I went to tigerdirect.com and ordered an UNLOCKED Nokia phone. To be honest most phone offered by cell phone companies are garbage that's why I go with At&t and get their SIM card and get any UNLOCKED phone I want.

Less than 50 dollars.

Or barely higher.

Check it out this phone is free with a two year contract from AT&T but it is a refurbished phone.
