I have a 94' Kawasaki ZX7 Ninja,

I had to change the alternator, and when I got the new one hooked up, I noticed the wired in my ignition were heating up like a fire-cracker, I thought it could have been the ignition so I got another one. It still did it so I got another alternator because I disconnected the one I just got... [it was used] hook up to a jumper battery and every-thing was perfect, if it does it with the ONE I JUST GOT TODAY,[heat up the wires] what/ and where should I look next??

I would start with Alternator resistance checks and verify isolated from ground. You REALLY should get a Service Manual, It will have the resistances, and measurements to fix this and save time and money. I would check Ignition is switching correctly to get you back to the problem, How is the regulator?
