I have been trying to loose weight but not succeding very well. I exercise 6 times a week for an hour and I watch everything I eat. I eat at about 1500 calories or less a day so why am I not losing the weight. I have not had any fast food or anything fried in over a month. What is going on?

What's your workout? Have you tried mixing routines?

Age? In some cases, you might need to talk with your doctor... I have a friend who did a boot camp workout with little loss and found out that her thyroid was out of whack.

Not to scare you... it could be as simple as you need to alter your routine if you aren't responding. Also, can you workout early in the day? Cranks your metabolism up for the breakfast and lunch hours.
