Hi, Im 20years old and my boyfriend and I are trying to have a baby! We started trying on the 10th or so! We have being having unprotected sex since about the 10th and been having sex like twice a day! Well I had my period and everything then a week later I started bleeding again and then I had sharp pains on my lower abdominal area! So I took a test and it came out negative! What could it mean? What can I do to get pregnant faster?

You is trying to have a baby! Please tell me that was an accident because people who can't use grammar properly shouldn't have children. Anyway. Having sex twice a day does not allow the male's body time to produce more strong, healthy and developed sperm, so I would cut back to like every other day. How old are you? When you are very young, your cycles may not even be regular yet, so it may be hard to conceive. Have you talked to your doctor about prenatal vitamins and such? Very important.

I agree and more than that, PLEASE reconsider. Bringing a child into this world is a big deal. Do you have the finances to care for a child? Do you agree on discipline, health issues, religious issues? Wouldn't you rather get married 1st, or get an education? A "baby" isn't an answer to everything and just the fact that you haven't seen a doctor makes me wonder if you're ready.

You should definitely make an appointment with your doctor. They will give you information on how to track your cycles, and let you know what you need to do to get your body ready to carry a child. Have you even started to take prenatal vitamins? My doc recommended that I start taking them once I started to try, that way if I ended up pregnant... the baby would be getting those extra nutrients from the start.

It is important to keep in mind that it can be perfectly normal for a healthy couple to take a year or so to become pregnant (yes, I know some people seem to just breathe on each other and get pregnant, but that really is not the norm!) The reason is that there is a relatively small window of time each month to become pregnant. Sex twice a day may or may not be an issue, often depending on sperm count, but it isn't necessary and for some couples can be defeating the purpose. Every other day or even every third day is usually fine. Most sperm will live two or three days when the conditions are right... when your body is preparing to ovulate... otherwise they die off fairly quickly. When you do ovulate you have about a 24 hour period, the first 12 are thought to likely be best, of concieving. With a few hardy sperm you may have 5 days or so of their hanging around just prior to ovulation waiting for the egg.
Determining when you are most likely to be fertile is the first step. Rough guide is about 12-16 days before your next period is due, but this does not hold true for everyone. You can try ovulation predictor kits or temping and charting, both can work well for some people, but not so well for others. Changes to your cervix can also be used to get an idea... as well as noticing more discharge that is clearer and wetter. Once you have a pretty good idea of when that time might be, it might be wise to actually start trying several days before this right through ovulation and a few days afterwards. Sex every other day throughout your cycle is another way to try and hit the mark. But timing is just part of it.
Do start the folic acid, or prenatal vitamin (will have folic acid, or folate. In it) now while trying... it is best to already be taking this before conception as the birth defects it can help avoid happen within the first several weeks of pregnancy. It is also important throughout pregnancy, especially in the last trimester as a good deal of brain development is occurring at this time. The suggestion of seeing your doctor for a preconception visit is also a good one. Make any lifestyle changes (both you and your boyfriend) that will be helpful... eating well, getting regular exercise, stop drinking or smoking if those are issues, etc..
