I was on opt from June 2006-june 2007 and my h1 started from June 2007.
Which forms I have to file and do I need to file sepeartely for my opt and H1 period

If you are single, and you had less than 183 days on H1-B, you will file a nonresident tax return. You file only one return.

If you are single, and you had more than 183 days on H1-B, you will file a Dual status tax return.
