My cat had gotten a cold.
He has an eye goo just like me when I gotten a cold a few months back wondering if
The same Sulfacetamide sodium ophtalic used on me can be used on him?

Many illnesses look alike, but are not.
But if you can't afford a visit to the vet, just try it. If the cat does not improve within a week, go to a vet anyway. Make sure that the sulfacetamide sodium was stored properly (not to warm) before applying.
Success!

I wouldn't. Cats are very different from dogs and humans, and things that we can handle with no problem can sometimes kill them. Eyes are especially tocuhy, since the big risk if something goes wrong is that the cat could wind up blind. Really, it's best to talk to your vet so that you can get the right treatment for the situation.
