I need to know the radiologists name and place of work for reference.
I would like to know:
How long he/she has been in Radiology.
What he/she enjoys about their job.
What he/she doesn't enjoy about the job.
It would be great if he/she could describe a typical day on the job.
And finally any advice he/she would give to a future medical transcriptionist who wants to transcribe radiology reports.

Thank you in advance very much for your time.

Sincerely,
Airianne

Airianne,

Your best bet would be to look in the phone book, or call the local hospital and ask a radiologist in the area you live all the questions that you need answered.

Personally, I don't think allot of people on this site are going to give you their real name, and their place of employment. Actually, I don't think anyone is. We all like our privacy, that's why we don't use our real names.

We are here to help and to answer questions, but the nature of yours would best be answered in person by someone in the radiology field that lives near you.

Good luck and I hope that everything works our for you and the career that are seeking.

Visit your local hospital. Call the radiology department at your local hospital and make an appointment for an interview. These folks love to help out future medical workers.

Trust me.. ;)
