I am a 30 yr old woman. I have been fainting a few times a yr since the third grade. I know a symptom of low bp is fainting while standing from a sitting position. Which sometimes I do, but I also faint if I am already standing or if I am lying down or even when Im trying to mix hamburg with my hands for a meat loaf. Mixing the meat loaf always makes me have to either sit or laydown till I feel better, if I don't sit or lay down I WILL faint. Is this just low bp or could it be something more?

It could be a multitude of problems. Have you had your BP checked? What about iron? Could you be anemic?
