I mean my grandma will pay for a ton of stuff.

What month, and what is the climate like?

Umm June and its going to be Summer,
But I was thinking of a costume party at a hall,
That's air conditioned but I don't know.

A costume party would be cool. :)

Depending on where you live, you could always try something low key like a bonfire party with picnic food and whatnot. People could camp out afterwards. ;) My sister's birthday is in June, and that's what she does. Seems to be a big hit.

But no I can't have a pool party,
Because I refuse to wear a bathing suit so.

My birthday is in July and I am turning 12. For mine I got a tent and my friends and I set it up then we rosted mrshmellows over my bbq(or you could use firepit)we watched horror movies in the tent and played hide and seak in the drak with flashlights. During the day we made big cookies and played with silly string and waterballoons.. real fun!
