I know how you feel, I'm stuck at my desk way too much too. I go outside for a walk a couple times a day and sometimes run up and down the stairs. If you can't slip away from your desk at all, read this - Exercise at Your Desk (http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/features/exercise-at-your-desk)

Thank you so much I am reading it right now. Glad I am not the only one who feels stuck. I wish I had stairs or could go outside and walk around my job is way to demanding for that. And I don't really get breaks. Hopefully that article will give me an idea of what I can do back here. Thanks a bunch bless you.

Wow those are great thanks!

Here's a few: Great for the desk bound!
* Rotate your feet clockwise/counter clockwise 10X
* Slowly point your toes forward away from your body till you feel tension, Hold for 30 seconds.
* Rest your heels on the floor, pull your feet and toes back toward your body, hold for 30 seconds
* Extend your leg out in fron of you and hold 30 seconds, till it shakes, use ankle weights once you get use to it.
*Stretch chest muscles by holding your hands behind your chair 10X
* Clench your buttocks, hold 10 seconds and release 10-20X
* Tighten lower abs, hold 10 seconds, release 10-20 X
* Sit upright in your chair and do a mini cycle with lower legs, 10-20x
* Pump both arms over your head for 30-40 seconds (like your lifting hand weight), then tap your feet, fast pace, for 30-40 seconds, rest repeat 3-4 times.
*Place both hands on your chair arms and slowly lift your butt off chair, lower yourself back down, but don't touch seat, hold for 5 seconds, repeat 15x
