I Had a winning case that was just brought in front of a judge in Rockville Maryland circuit court. Case number 275952-V.

My attorney: Loyd Byron Hopkins, P.C. (http://www.loydbyronhopkinslaw.com/lbhhome.html) Didn't bring forth the proper objections to the judge dismissing the case because he was not aware of the case particulars apparently. He even accused the defence of doing things I had not claimed they did. He in court even accused me of insanity and claimed I didn't have evidence to prove my case when he indeed held on his Pearson the exact evidences I was referring to in my testimony.

The Good News is:

1. Everything I said in court is backed up by the evidence that the layer returned to me.
2. I have six days to write in for an appeal.
3. They owe me over 57,000$ and I can prove it.
4. The judge even said had I brought forward this evidence I would win the case.
5. There is a preponderance of evidence of her negligent mishandling of trust assets.

I need an trust attorney quick can You e-mail me and Meet with me and Take this case. I live near the rockville Town library, Is their anyone out their who can help me please e-mail me quickly.

If anyone thinks they can help you, they can contact you through this site. But you would be better off going to the local Bar association and getting a recommendation from them.
