How do you file taxes with out a W2?
I have not received a W2 from my previous employer.
I have tried to contact him by phone and by email and has not responded.
The business was closed down in December 2007.
This is the first time that this has happened to me and I am stress out and worried about filing my taxes without a W2.
Help!

If you have your last check, you should at least have your earnings and tax paid.

I too am in the same situation. My employers last day of business was Dec. 31, 2007. Me and my fellow employees had tried to obtain our W-2's by every means possible. Finally I called the Labor Commission (California), and was told that my employers never paid employee taxes for 2007. I was directed to contact the IRS and was sent form 4852 which is a substitute for form W-2. From your pay stubs for 2007 you estimate the taxes and enter them of the form. Form 4852 is available on the web at IRS Tax Preparation & E-File Tax Extension Forms Online - U.S. TaxCenter (http://www.irs.com) or .gov, BUT you need to call them and ask for the form. They will use the verbal information to speed thing up for you. If you suspect your employer has has committed a crime against you, ask the person you talk to at the IRS to give you the number to the fraud division, once you contact them, they will send you a form 3949a which is essence is a form to advise the IRS of possible criminal activity.
I hope this helps out... Good luck!
