We can make soap bubble easily.
But we can't easily make water bubble, why?

Soap lowers surface tension

Compare same radius bubble ,
Surface tension is high, and then that bubble’s inside pressure is high. I Know
But
I ask why we can’t make water bubble.

Bubble surface is a membrane. High surface tension = high energy contained in the total surface. This disrupts the membrane, since it is constructed of H2O, which has low tensile strength.
