I have started Bankruptcy proceedings and have a loan and a couple of cc's with my bank (BofA) in CA. I have read that Wells Fargo will freeze accounts for Bk's but is BofA known to do that? If they do, is there any chance that I could bank with them again in the future?:(

If you have already filed, ( have case number) and the creditor has been served notice of the bankruptcy, no they can not freeze your bank account.
Now could they try and say there were not served, and freeze it to mess with you, perhaps, but it would not be legal. After they have been informed of the bankrutpcy they are not suppose to do it.
