Hi my name is mercedes and I need help ,my nephew is 28 years old and he wants to study (English and work at the same time ,He is a good boy and he speak some ENGLISH ,WELL IF SOMEBODY CAN HELP ! HE WENT TO THE u.s.a embassy and they denied the visa and he is not working ,he cannot going to school ither ,he is willing to do any kind the job ,like gardening cleaning, teach spanish ,take people male senior .thank you.I WILL PAY FOR HIS TICKETS.

Him being able to come to Canada involves many factors. From the sounds of it he would not qualify as a skilled worker. He does have other options depending on his background, country of birth, country of residence and so on.

There is no one answer to your question mind you.
