At 15 you should have a say but it may depend on your state law.
You need to talk to a child advocate and they should know what you can do.
Also have you told your parents that you want to get a job and do other things and would appreciate if they could find a way of rearranging your visitations according to your job and your schedule. Ask them to work on some type of compromise.

No you don't have a choice. You are still a minor and need to do what your parents tell you to do. You can express your opinion, if your mom agrees she can file for a modification of the visitation schedule. But she has to do it. If your dad is really abusive then tell your mom and ask her to change the sched.

If your mom won't file to change visitation then you are stuck.

Like Scott said your mother has to be the one to get the court to go along with modifying the custody. You can most likely have a say at 15 but it is up to the Judge in the end.

Do your parents talk at all to each other ? If they do then maybe a good ole fashion pow wow is in order. You sound mature enough to state your case and if you can do it in front of both of them and you ALL can agree then you can get the things you need for yourself. Its always best to resolve what you can before going to court in a friendly situation. Kudos to you for wanting to hold a job and to live up to commitments ( like sports and a job ). Maybe a school counsler can help you with the presentation end. And please try not to get negative too much.. try to remain positive and keep a positive attitude. Usually if you say good things then good things come back to you. Its worth a try if its possible.
Best of Luck
