OK idont know what to do I have been with my fiancé for 2 years we have an 9 month old daughter together... now he had a baby before I came into the picture,but she does not want to give up there relationship that ended 2 1/2 years ago and wants him to only see his child by going out there and possibly spend a night she live 1 1/2 away. What should I do as far as letting that happen?? Please help!! :confused: :confused:

Sounds like you guys will have to take it to court. Until then the mother has total control. As far as spending the night that's just ridiculous. Sounds like she's trying everything she can to get him back. Its really quite sad.

Is he willing to go to court for this? If so that's what I would do then, if not then you might be wasting your time if he's not willing to change any of this!!

Don't blame her, as he has as much to do with this, as she does, so get used to other kids, and other females being part of his life. She even has senority, doesn't she? Unless he takes a stand, and settles things, there is not much you can do, but get child support, for your own. They don't call it baby mama drama for nothing. Sorry for your sad situation.
