My husband and I were awarded a judgement and would like to go after this guy to collect our money. It has been 2 years and he has moved around but never paid us a dime.
We need to know how we can garnish wages, bank accounts and income taxes without having vital information (ie. Social security # or bank account info)? Is it possible? If not, how can we get this info? Are there other ways to get this money he owes us?

Thank you very much for any help, the case has been going on for 8 years but judgement was awarded 2 years ago. He has had a long time to enjoy our money and we would really like it back if possible.

Tough, that is why most judgements are never collected. Winning is easy finding and getting your money is not.

Short of hiring a private investigator to research this and find thse accounts if they exist, I do not have a good answer.
